GRILL HUT (CHATA GRILLOWA) AND PANORAMA TERRACE
This is an exceptional place within our premises. A wooden Grill Hut is a perfect place for events and open air meetings. Full roofing and window curtains will render this place useful irrespective of the season and weather conditions. The Hut can room up to 130 guests (incl. 70 in the roofed part).
An extra attraction of the Grill Hut is the Panorama Terrace from which spreads a vista over the Jerzmanowice Inselbergs; with favorable weather conditions, you can even discern the Beskidy. Then, there is also a dancing floor. The Grill Hut is provided with a sound amplification system.
Catering
Our own furnace and smoking chamber will produce unforgettable tastes and aromas for the body and the soul, alike. The Grill Hut is arranged for serving copious, grilled dishes and our own smoked products. Most wanted dishes are: frankfurters, grilled salmon or trout with herb butter, grilled chicken fillet, pork neck fillet pickled in honey and mustard, smoked sheep cheese [oscypek] with cranberry, spicy ribs, potatoes roasted in foil with garlic sauce, smoked trout.
Entertainments
At weekends, in the Hut organized are starlit ‘village hops’ at which grilled and smoked dishes are served. This place is arranged for concerts of music, film shows or other open air activities. Another advantage is a 1.5 ha garden adjacent to the Hut.
